Refund policy

As all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order based on the customer’s specifications, they are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
The only exception applies to cases where a clear manufacturing defect is verified and confirmed by our quality control team.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer is entitled to a repair or replacement, as determined by the company.

• No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances for made-to-order items.
